Nelson Park offer high quality, person centred support services for adults with a diverse range of learning disabilities, mental and medical health problems. We provide consistently high levels of professional care in order that those we support can live as normally as possible, where their individuality independence and dignity are respected and upheld. We are able to offer specialist services to adults with complex medical needs including epilepsy, challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorders.
Activities
We offer an individual care plan for all our clients which is tailored to their own needs and requirements. Each client will be offered activities on a daily basis. Some of the choices offered at present are:

During the year each client will be encouraged to go on a couple of holidays and regular day trips to France and Belgium. All our clients are integrated into the local community, enjoying an active and fulfilled social life.
