Nelson Park offer high quality, person centred support services for adults with a diverse range of learning disabilities, mental and medical health problems. We provide consistently high levels of professional care in order that those we support can live as normally as possible, where their individuality independence and dignity are respected and upheld. We are able to offer specialist services to adults with complex medical needs including epilepsy, challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorders.
Nelson Park Homes
Nelson Park is a small care home company situated along the East Kent Coast providing care for adults with Learning disabilities & other associated medical problems.
All our homes are from 3 to 6 bedrooms. There is a direct link to London and all the neighbouring towns via the local stations. There are frequent bus services to Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone and Margate.
Residential
Nelson Park provides 24 hour care for people with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism, epilepsy and other complex medical conditions.
We pride ourselves on using the person centred approach so all our service users, family, friends and outside agencies have their say in how they want their service delivered.
Every service user is different and has their own individualised person centred care plan which supports our staff in helping them achieve their full potential. These care plans are regularly updated to enable staff to help achieve positive outcomes for the service users they care for.
Nelson Park make full use of all community based facilities including educational, recreational and work experience, to make service users goals a reality.
